Due to the nature of our subscription based service, we require our subscribers to accept a 'cookie' (A tiny file stored on the client's machine, which helps our website remember who you are.) If you don't accept the cookie, our site cannot determine if you have access to our pages.

To manually set your cookies to be accepted follow one of these guides (dependant on your browser):

Internet Explorer 5/5.5: From the 'Tools' menu, select 'Internet Options...', click on the 'Security' tab up the top, press the 'Custom Level...' button, go down the list till you find 'Cookies' and set the two options ('Allow Cookies Stored... ' and 'Per Session Cookies') to 'Allow'. Hit OK and OK and you should be ready.

Internet Explorer 6/7: From the 'Tools' menu, select 'Internet Options...', click on the 'Privacy' tab up the top, press the 'Advanced...' button, check 'Override automatic cookie handling', and set 'First party Cookies' to 'Always', 'Third party Cookies' to 'Prompt', and check 'Always allow session cookies'. Hit OK and OK and you should be set.

Netscape Navigator: From the 'Edit' menu, select 'Preferences...', click 'Advanced' and select 'Accept all cookies' and for the security conscious select 'Warn me before accepting a cookie'.

Firefox 3: From the ‘Tools’ menu, select ‘Options…’, click on the ‘Privacy’ icon across the top and ensure that the check box for ‘Accept cookies from sites’ is checked, if you would prefer to only receive cookies from named sites, then leave this unchecked and click on the exceptions button.  You can then enter the web sites that you would like to receive cookies for, simply type in the website address and click on the ‘enable’ button.
