Details:Short course description The Mine Emergency Management System (MEMS) course is a five day live-in course designed specifically for mining industry professionals seeking to implement MEMS into their mine sites. The course is directed at all persons who may take part in an Incident Management Team. Areas covered include: Purpose, principles, structure, roles and responsibilities of MEMS. Functional management, Incident Action Planning, Communication Plans, Changeovers, Decision Making, Managing the Media and Emergency Planning.
